Seriously though, CJ's Cozy Cushions specializes in all kinds of custom bedding, slipcovers, etc., the prices are excellent and I'm very impressed with the quality of the work. These cushions look nothing like our old ones and were purely made from just measurements of the chair that I submit with my order. Plus, their customer service is outstanding (they happily special ordered fabric for me from an entirely different vendor than they usually use).
